How to order your jewelry

To ensure we can send you your jewelry, please select the available options for your chosen piece (gold or silver, color, etc.) and the quantity. Add it to your cart and provide the shipping address .

If you want to make a personalized piece of jewelry (from a drawing or a tattoo), you have to attach the image in the space " Upload your image HERE ".

If you also want us to do any engraving on the back (a special message or a date ), you have to put the message in " Tell us your word or back engraving ".

Packaging

All our jewelry goes through a handcrafted process , where we take great care of every detail and package each order with the same love, so that when you receive it you have the best experience .

To ensure your jewelry arrives in the best condition , we pack the order first in a cardboard box (which we personalize ourselves with our corporate image) which we then place in a paper bag so that, during the journey, the package does not suffer any damage or defects.

The jewelry comes in a velvet pouch inside a packaging box, which is also lined with protective paper and includes a thank-you message. Before finalizing your order, you can leave any additional messages you'd like to include in the comments section.

If you add the " I would like my order gift-wrapped " option, your jewelry will be carefully placed inside one of our custom black boxes , printed with our logo and lined with black velvet. All our jewelry is custom-made. They come already placed in these boxes, and if you want the gift option it will be a special pink box .

For pendants (except initial pendants) , all come with a 45cm chain made of the same material as the piece (gold, gold plated, or silver). If you would like a longer or shorter chain, please contact us after placing your order.

Please note that we manufacture each piece according to demand and our pieces are handcrafted : all stone settings and finishes are done manually.

Therefore, the delivery time for an order is approximately between 15 and 21 working days for deliveries within the peninsula , and 30 working days for orders destined for the rest of the European Union.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

If you notice any manufacturing defects or faults upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately so we can replace the item. In the case of manufacturing defects , Gata y Lusa will cover the return and reshipping costs .

If the defect is due to normal wear and tear , misuse, a blow, or exposure to harmful agents, there is no possibility of replacing the part with a new one at no additional charge.

In any case, orders must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered , with the original packaging and accessories in perfect condition.
